Dividend policy
According to LHV Group's dividend policy, LHV Group shall pay a 25 per cent of the LHV Group shareholders' profit before taxes in dividends, income tax included, if the preconditions are met. Dividend per share is found by rounding up the calculated dividend per share to the nearest cent. The key prerequisite for the payment of dividends is both external and internal regulations on capital, which have to be complied with sustainably. In case of growth and/or investment plans, LHV Group may refrain from paying dividends.
